Vision Statement

TOLNA ACTIVITY CENTER MEMBERSHIPS

The Tolna Activity Center will be open beginning November 4th, 2009 and close the end of April.  The Activity Center consists of gym use, the hallways for walking, exercise equipment, etc.  If anyone has equipment that could be used please contact Vicky Engen.  You will need a membership in order to use the Activity Center.  Memberships may be purchased as follows:
Memberships are due before you begin to use the Activity Center; memberships should be paid to Vicky Engen or the adult supervisor.

Monthly Membership

$12 for a Monthly Single Membership
$25 for a Monthly Family Membership

6 Month Membership

$70 for a 6 Month Single Membership
$140 for a 6 Month Family Membership

Single Use Cost

If you wish to just use the Activity Center one time, the one-time cost is $5 payable that day.

Group Use

If a group wishes to use the Activity Center, they would need to contact Vicky Engen and a cost would be established for that one time use.

Hours

Monday – Friday                               7:30 AM until 5:30 PM for walking
Wednesday & Sunday                      7 PM until 9:00 PM for K-12 students and adults

These times & days may change due to the availability of volunteer supervisors.

Note:  the Activity Center accepts no responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen personal property.  In addition, each individual will be responsible for any damages they cause.
